How hearing loss affects you....

Hearing loss is known as the hidden impairment . The loss affects both the person and the immediate family members and friends communicating to the person. Most significant impact of hearing loss , is the breakdown of effective communication. Hearing is important for our awareness of the environment, communication, safety and entertainment. Starting our day with 'hearing' an alarm to  hearing our near and dear ones to telephonic conversations to television to listening to music to  general safety, hearing is an essential part of our life. Following are some of the negative affects that a person with hearing loss may/will go through .
